Every project begins with a direct conversation with the client to gain a thorough understanding of the application, operating conditions and challenges to be addressed. We analyse the machinery characteristics, available space, noise levels and temperatures involved, in order to precisely define the required thermoacoustic insulation targets. This phase allows us to gather all the technical data needed to develop a solution that is effective, safe and calibrated to the real-world context.
 

Based on the information gathered, our technical team develops a dedicated project, defining the most suitable geometries, material combinations and insulation layering to ensure optimal performance. Using CAD systems and high-precision cutting plotters, we model thermoacoustic coatings built around the client's specific product. Material selection is carried out taking into account acoustic insulation, thermal resistance, durability, and ease of installation and maintenance.
 

Once the project is approved, we move on to manufacturing the custom solution. Materials are cut, assembled and finished with artisan care supported by automated technology, ensuring minimal tolerances and consistent repeatability over time. Each coating undergoes quality checks to verify compatibility, precision and overall quality. The finished product is then prepared for installation.
